Ten Week Update

How far along? 10 weeks (kumquat, the baby has grown appx a 1/2" since this time last week)

Total weight gain/loss: Still down 5 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight. Cheez-it's are still my favorite.

Maternity clothes: No.

Have you told family and friends?  Yep!  We told our parents, close friends and then the world (via FB) this past week!

Have you started to show yet? When I am not wearing clothes I feel like my stomach (which has pretty much always been pretty flat) is starting to get rounder but in clothes I don't look or feel it.  It's weird.

Sleep:A little better.  Probably because I have not been able to get ANY extra sleep and I am WAY PAST exhausted by the time I finally get to go to sleep.

Best moment this week: The reaction from family and friends.  What a wonderful group of people I have in my life!

Miss Anything? Still mainly just miss energy and feeling "good."

Movement: Nope.

Food cravings: Nope.  Food falls into two categories.  Either it sounds like I can eat it or it sounds like there is no way I can eat it.  Not a lot of middle ground.

Anything making you queasy or sick? Laying down and night time.  When I feel like I need to eat (which is a way different feeling than 'being hungry') I have like TWO minutes to get some food in my mouth or I. Will. Be. Sick.

Gender prediction: Boy.  Boy by the Chinese Gender Predictor, Boy because I haven't been that nauseous, Boy because I only want salty, sweet disgust me, Boy because Ellie has been overly clingy to me lately and varied other reasons people have given me that they think it is a boy.  Not one single person has guessed girl, every single person that has guessed has guessed boy.  So, it's probably a girl.

Labor Signs: No

Symptoms: Fatigue, really oily skin and hair and always feeling so full I want to throw up.

(Not the greatest picture, we are still working on that.  You get the point.  We'll try to get a better one next week.)

  1. This picture just makes me sick. I am pretty sure I was two of you at 10 weeks. But, I am very excited about this blog!
